Bajaj Finance Limited is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager – GL South East to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and manage the performance of the Gold Loan (GL) business. The role involves overseeing branch activities, achieving business targets, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining compliance standards, and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in financial services, and a proven track record in branch management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Drive business growth by achieving gold loan and other financial product targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve organizational objectives.
• Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Oversee customer acquisition, retention, and service quality initiatives.
• Manage branch profitability and operational efficiency.
• Review loan applications and ensure proper documentation processes.
• Prepare and submit branch performance reports to management.
