Sales and Collection Executive

Job Description

Sree Nandi Agencies is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Collection Executive to manage sales activities and customer payment collections. The candidate will be responsible for promoting products, maintaining strong customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, collecting outstanding payments, and ensuring timely follow-up with customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to existing and prospective customers.
• Generate new leads and expand the customer base.
• Collect payments from customers and follow up on outstanding dues.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and customer interactions.
• Visit customers regularly to strengthen business relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Coordinate with the accounts team regarding payment status and customer accounts.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection reports.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) Pass.
• Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, collections, or customer service.
• Experience in field sales and payment collection will be an advantage.

• Willingness to travel locally for sales visits and payment collections.
• Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Honest and responsible in managing customer payments.

Salary

₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
