Collection Agent & Sales Representative

Job Description

Sree Nandi Agencies is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Collection Agent & Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for collecting outstanding payments from customers, maintaining positive customer relationships, promoting company products, and achieving sales targets. The role requires regular interaction with customers, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage both collection and sales activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect outstanding payments from customers in a timely manner.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending dues and payment schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of collections, receipts, and customer interactions.
• Promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on sales and collection activities.
• Coordinate with the accounts and management teams regarding payment status.
• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) Pass.
• Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, collections, marketing, or customer service preferred.
• Experience in field sales or payment collection will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
