OneX Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Recruiter to support the organization’s talent acquisition activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a passion for connecting talented professionals with suitable job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and databases.
• Review resumes and screen applicants based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and job offers.
• Assist in onboarding activities for selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• MBA in Human Resources is an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, or staffing.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in HR recruitment are encouraged to apply.
