Job Description

Birla Open Minds International School, PDTR is urgently seeking qualified and enthusiastic Mathematics and Science Teachers to join its academic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in Mathematics and Science, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and helping students achieve academic excellence. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics and Science subjects according to the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Conduct interactive classroom sessions that encourage student participation.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and assignments.
• Provide academic guidance and support to students.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Use innovative teaching methods and educational technology to enhance learning.
• Track student progress and communicate regularly with parents.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Support extracurricular and co-curricular activities as required.

Educational Requirements

• Preferred: B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Mathematics, Science, or Education are an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• 0–5 years of teaching experience in Mathematics and/or Science.
• Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong teaching aptitude are encouraged to apply.
• Experience teaching CBSE, ICSE, or international curriculum students is preferred.
